Rental is $650 per week plus 10% NC State Sales Tax.
$100 deposit will hold your reservation until 30 days before your arrival date. Full payment is due 30 days before your arrival. All payments must be by personal check, bank check, or money order. Deposits and rental will be forfeited if the rental is cancelled within the 30 days prior to arrival date unless the cabin is re-rented.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time is 3:00 to 7:00 pm. No check-ins after 7:00 pm without prior arrangement. Check out time is 11:00 am.
NO SMOKING inside cabin please.
Maximum of six people. No children under 12. Winter Star Retreat is Pet Friendly. We welcome your dogs or cats. Please let us know if you plan to bring your pet(s). Limit two please!
All linens and towels are provided. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and silverware.
NOTE: Winter Star Retreat is an older rustic cabin. The ceilings on the first floor are only 6 feet 5 inches high- so if you are over 6 foot 4 this may not be the place for you!
Winter Star Retreat includes:
>3 bedrooms, 2 with queen and one with twin size beds. Sleeps a maximum of 6.
>Two full baths, one with a tub/shower, the other with a shower
>Kitchen with electric range, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator.
>Fully furnished great room with VCR/DVD player. Sorry we don’t have TV.
>Central heat and air conditioning
>A large deck that is partially covered with outdoor furniture.
